Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead a network of restaurant locations, fostering a respectful culture and driving sales, service, and profitability. You will oversee resourcing, development, and brand representation across locations while ensuring standards and budgets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and the ability to travel daily to multiple sites.

Qualifications

Fluent reading and writing in English.
Competent with Windows and Office.
Profit and Loss management experience.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

Create succession plans then execute them to ensure people stability.
Manage employee files in compliance with all requirements.
Communicate accurately and effectively in all directions using various mediums.
Create a culture of accountability, respect, and drive for results.
Execute organizational training and talent development plans.
Meet Overall Satisfaction scores and lead a guest first culture in network.
Ensure training aligns with Brand and local standards; manage labor to budget.
Manage network food costs to budget while meeting service and sales goals.
Ensure network meets minimum expectations on all assessments and close gaps timely.
Ensure restaurants manage costs to budget and cash/banking procedures.
