Seasons Kosher Supermarket is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Express locations, driving profitability and maintaining high service standards. You will lead store teams, optimize operations, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability across sites.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of multi-unit retail management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a willingness to travel between locations to mentor managers and ensure consistency in performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple locations and achieving sales, operational, and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, merchandising, labor management, and retail operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of applicable retail, food safety, and workplace regulations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned store locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Express locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve business goals.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue analysis, cost control, and budget management.
• Ensure proper inventory control, minimizing shrinkage while optimizing product availability.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Travel frequently between store locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.
