Job summary

Dairy Queen seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. The District Manager will lead restaurant managers, ensure training, and drive customer service, product quality, and profitability across all sites.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license, with travel up to 75% and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality management or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Dairy Queen locations within designated region.
• Ensure locations meet company standards in customer service, quality of products and profitability.
• Manage and supervise restaurant managers and staff; ensure proper training and effective execution.
