Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for district store activities and operations impacting customers, staff, and goals.
• Meets company revenue goals by achieving monthly budgets.
• Conducts facility audits to ensure standards are met.
• Oversees daily activities and scheduling of staff; provides feedback and coaching.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff members.
• Travels within the designated area to stores and training locations; overnight travel required.
