The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multiunit retail management, strong analytical and communications skills, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

• Ability to implement strategic initiatives from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor P&L for each store and develop effective ways to fill gaps between actual performance and projections.
• Prioritize store performance issues to address profitability.
• Address lapses in compliance with policies or laws.
• Ensure district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Coach store managers and support store employees to drive success.
• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, KPI tracking, and store performance.
• Plan merchandising and promotional signage with marketing.
• Collaborate with leadership to open new locations and staffing plans.
