Responsibilities

• Monitor P&L for each store and close gaps between performance and projections.
• Address profitability gaps high-priority items first.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws.
• Drive district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Coach store managers and develop store employees.
• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, efficiency and profitability.
• Track and maintain key performance indicators across stores.
• Analyze market trends and store performance to identify opportunities.
• Support store openings, staffing plans, and SOP implementations.
• Collaborate with marketing on merchandising, signage, and social media.
