Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple multi-million-dollar stores, drive sales, and deliver operational excellence across a multi-site district.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of Retail Management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with scheduling and reporting software. Travel is required to all markets within the designated district.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs and be familiar with computerized scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site district to maximize sales, gross margin, and inventory turns.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, HR practices, security, and record-keeping.
• Develop store managers and associates through coaching to drive sales and KPIs.
• Coordinate new store openings and/or closings and manage expenses to increase profitability.
