Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, and control for a geographic district, typically generating substantial revenue. You will focus on growth, cost controls, productivity, and leading teams to meet financial commitments.

The role requires travel to client sites within the district and accountability for revenue growth, EBIT, margins, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfort reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple accounts and units, ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships and communicate progress.
• Manage revenue growth, costs, and financial targets via P&L oversight.
• Lead labor and financial initiatives to improve efficiency and margins.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage/hour policies.
