Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with 5–10 years and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and business judgement.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable interpreting contractual requirements within a client contract.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all organizational levels.
• Proven success in repeatable business models and change leadership.
• Bachelor's degree generally required; advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across accounts.
• Develop and maintain client rapport; communicate progress and contract obligations.
• Manage revenue, cost controls, and P&L targets for the district.
• Lead and align managers on labor and financial initiatives to drive margin.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across locations.
