Learning Care Group is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 13 schools in the Kansas City, MO area, overseeing business operations, P&L, and educational quality. The role focuses on driving profitability, enrollment growth, and staff development within a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of multi-unit management in service/education settings, with a Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience in multi-unit management in a service industry, retail, hospitality, healthcare or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and energize employees to fulfill the Company vision, mission and values.
• Create a positive and engaging work environment, building trust and loyalty.
• Spend about 75% of time in schools to support management and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement creative tactical marketing programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and improvements of centers.
• Provide an exceptional learning environment and high-quality child care.
• Oversee safety programs and licensing compliance.
• Guide adherence to company policies and profitability initiatives.
• Manage and optimize enrollment and revenue; control expenses.
