Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead 6-8 schools across the Denver area. You will drive performance, growth, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and coaching School Directors.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel frequently between sites to ensure operational excellence and a positive family experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, retail management, operations, or related field or equivalent management experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a general manager or equivalent role (retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing sectors).
• Demonstrated track record of achieving performance targets and improving KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and people skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area-wide business plans to hit company targets.
• Drive enrollment, safety, and compliance across locations.
• Collaborate with School Directors to boost performance and profitability.
• Cascade priorities and ensure consistency across sites.
• Monitor area KPIs and drive revenue growth and cost control.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using data, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Prepare area budgets and manage expenses.
• Provide coaching and development to school directors.
