KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a District Leader to guide a portfolio of 10–15 childcare centers and revenues over $10M. You will coach Center Directors, ensure quality, and expand family engagement while maintaining strong educational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading multiple units.
• Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a high-performing team.
• Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities.
• Leadership experience in a customer- and talent-focused environment.
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference daily.

Responsibilities
