KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a District Leader to oversee 10–15 centers and over $10M in revenue. You will coach Center Directors and staff, ensure educational excellence, and nurture relationships with families and communities nationwide.

You’ll lead a portfolio across markets, drive sales opportunities, and execute strategies that improve family engagement and center performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful multi-unit leader (2-3 years minimum).
• Strong ability to develop and retain a high performing team.
• Proven track record in driving financial results and sales opportunities.
• Leadership experience in customer- and talent-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff.
• Drive quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive revenue, retention, and acquisition.
• Lead a portfolio of 10–15 centers with >$10M in revenue.
