Job summary

Green Circle Growers is seeking a District Manager to lead the Live Goods Field Merchandising program across Home Depot stores. You will supervise Merchandising Supervisors and seasonal staff, maintain strong relationships with Home Depot personnel, and ensure adherence to the company’s merchandising model with a focus on service excellence and operational standards.

The role requires coordinating with store managers, managing budgets, and delivering clear, regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with store personnel.
• Proactive problem-solving and project management abilities; handle multiple stores.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel between stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Live Goods Field Merchandising program by leading Supervisors and Merchandisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot personnel and uphold partnership standards.
• Provide direction to meet Home Depot’s needs and adhere to GCG’s merchandising model.
• Oversee budgets and ensure service quality, signage, and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate key business issues to senior management with regular updates.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and feedback.
