Job summary

• Lead Live Goods Field Merchandising program with Supervisors and seasonal staff.
• Build relationships with Home Depot personnel and protect partnerships.
• Provide direction aligned with GCG guidelines to meet Home Depot needs.
• Manage budgets and ensure service quality and store schematics.
• Communicate key business issues to senior management.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct ongoing development.
