Job summary

Green Circle Growers is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead the Live Goods Field Merchandising Program across Home Depot channels in the US. You will manage a team of seasonal staff, uphold our merchandising standards, and coordinate with District Managers to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with Home Depot personnel, guiding operations per company directives, and overseeing budgets while delivering high-quality signage and inventory control

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or another related field or relevant experience.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive in recognizing and solving problems.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Live Goods Field Merchandising Program by overseeing a team of seasonal staff.
• Cultivate relationships with Home Depot personnel while upholding professional standards.
• Guide operations to align with Green Circle Growers’ management directives.
• Implement and uphold merchandising model and structure across operations.
• Oversee seasonal labor budget and financial efficiency.
• Ensure stores are set according to schematic with accurate signage and inventories.
• Communicate key business issues regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Attend internal and external meetings with Home Depot and GCG to stay aligned.
