Public Storage is seeking a District Manager in the Los Angeles area to lead multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.

You will develop and coach a high-performing team, manage assets and vendor relations, and implement data-driven strategies to drive district growth and improve customer retention. The role involves weekend availability during peak seasons and some travel to other markets.

Competenze

• Relocation: future relocation ability is important for growth and opportunities.
• Proven leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail/service.
• Track record of top-tier performance in similar roles.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 6 weekends per year required during peak season.
• Occasional travel to other markets for support.
