Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a District Manager to oversee a multi-store portfolio, developing Store Managers and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across the district. You will drive growth, operations, and key initiatives while aligning with company policies and community engagement.

You will lead and coach a team of Store Managers, oversee financial performance, and implement district strategies to optimize store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ people, including training and coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level strategies to meet each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead a team of Store Managers as leaders, operators and business owners.
• Provide expertise on staffing, store operations and company policies.
• Oversee financial reporting and performance across the district.
