Job summary

Metro by T-Mobile in Daly City, CA is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores, inspire teams, and drive sales and exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and store performance while maintaining operational excellence.

This exempt role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually with total compensation of $130K+ including commissions. You will travel within the district, partner with store managers, and promote a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or management.
• 3+ years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop store managers and staff.
• Coach and evaluate performance to meet sales and ops targets.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across the district.
• Drive sales growth across all stores and uphold customer-first culture.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to set goals and motivate teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and merchandising standards.
