Metro by T-Mobile in Daly City, CA is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple store locations, mentor teams, and drive sales while upholding operational excellence in a fast-paced wireless environment.

You will recruit and develop store managers, coach performance, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a superior customer experience across the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proven success leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff.
• Coach performance and provide ongoing feedback to drive results.
• Lead and guide store managers to meet sales and operational targets.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across the district.
• Drive sales growth across all stores while meeting or surpassing targets.
• Promote a customer-first culture and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Support upselling, cross-selling and account activation strategies.
• Lead weekly sales goal setting and performance reviews.
