Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple Metro by T-Mobile locations in the Sacramento area. You will coach store managers, drive sales, and uphold operational excellence to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, with total compensation exceeding $130K including commissions. Occasional travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in retail sales management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proven success in leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.
• Associate or bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, or management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff.
• Cultivate a motivating environment through coaching and ongoing feedback.
• Provide leadership to store managers to meet sales and operational targets.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across the district.
• Drive sales growth across all stores within the district.
• Promote a customer-first culture ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Lead weekly meetings to set sales goals and review performance.
