Job summary

You will mentor General Managers, drive store merchandising and marketing standards, and collaborate with Human Resources and regional leadership to align goals and policies. Must travel up to 75% and hold a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field required.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews store reports to monitor sales and profitability and manages payroll budgets.
• Conducts regular store visits to ensure merchandising and marketing standards.
• Supervises General Managers to achieve results and coaches them.
• Recruits and hires qualified managers for the district.
• Identifies talent and develops succession plans.
• Ensures excellent customer service through feedback and training.
• Partners with HR on employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Participates in policy administration and long-range planning.
• Supports communication between stores and home office.
