Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail.
• Demonstrated ability to create memorable experiences and build relationships.
• Forecasting and managing payroll, expenses, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district team to maximize store performance and profitability.
• Drive top-line sales and EBITDA through strategic planning across the district.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and improve customer experience.
• Coach and develop Store Management teams and build bench strength.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law and maintain operational excellence.
