Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-store team, develop leaders, and maximize store profitability through a hospitality-driven selling culture.

You will collaborate with senior field leadership, oversee operations and payroll, and build enduring customer relationships while driving sales growth across stores in the district. Travel and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School degree OK
• 5+ years multi-store leadership experience in specialty retail
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire customers, partners, and team; foster team environment
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; social media
