Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-store district in the Harrisburg market, driving sales and profitability while upholding our customer‑first selling culture. You will mentor store leaders, ensure merchandising standards, and partner with regional HR and the Store Support Center to execute initiatives.

The role is exempt and full‑time, with strong emphasis on staffing, scheduling, shrink control and expense management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; 3–5 years’ experience in retail store management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and budgets across multiple stores.
• Demonstrates business acumen with the ability to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead district team to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with store leadership to plan events and drive community outreach.
• Develop leadership teams, conduct annual reviews, and retain top talent.
• Ensure stores meet merchandising standards, staffing, and profit targets.
• Travel up to 80% to support stores and partner with centers.
