Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation in Jackson, MS is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores and a team of Area Managers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional inventory service, driving budgeted financial results, and expanding the business footprint with a strong focus on team development.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in multi-store retail management, proven leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3+ years of experience managing retail multi-store operations.
• Proven history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment.
• Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through budgeting, scheduling, expense control, overtime management, and P&L management.
• Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing talent for future bench strength.
• Strong communication and service skills to build and maintain relationships with our employees and customers.
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record check and meet Company Qualified Van Driver eligibility requirements where driving is an essential function of the role.
• Where applicable, must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Company fleet driver requirements to support District or Regional business needs.

• Drive financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management.
