Job summary

WIS International is seeking a District Manager for Jackson, MS. This full-time, salaried role leads a team of Area Managers and staff to deliver exceptional inventory service while driving budgeted profits and growth.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and expense control, supporting talent development within the district and expansion of the business footprint. Strong leadership and driving results are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store operations.
• Proven history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment.
• Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing talent for future bench strength.
• Strong communication and service skills to build and maintain relationships with our employees and customers.
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check (investigative consumer report) and drug screening.
• Must be able to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet Company Qualified Van Driver (QVD) eligibility requirements where driving is an essential function of the role.
• Where applicable, must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Company fleet driver requirements to support District or Regional business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly staff to provide inventory service to customers.
• Drive financial success through budget planning, scheduling, expense control, and P&L management.
• Grow talent within the district and increase business footprint.
• Collaborate with district partners and field support to optimize operations.
