Job summary

Pilot Companies LLC seeks a General Manager for Jersey Mike's in Franklin, TN. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand's service, quality, and culture. Lead by example on the floor, manage shifts, and mentor a diverse team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, restaurant operations experience, and a ServSafe certification. Competitive base pay with bonus potential, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the franchise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Must be 18 or older to operate the commercial meat slicer.
• Current SERV Safe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
• Strong communication, basic math, proficiency with POS systems, and inventory control.
