Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Dedham is hiring an Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and deliver a great guest experience.

You will lead a team, coach staff, manage opening/closing, and uphold food quality, cleanliness, and safety while growing your leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.

About the Role

Jersey Mike's is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly while providing an outstanding experience for every customer.
