Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead multiple salon locations toward sales excellence and operational discipline. You will implement district-wide strategies, monitor key metrics, and coach managers to achieve consistent results.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel within your district.
