Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to guide multiple salon locations toward operational and sales excellence through data-driven leadership and disciplined processes. You’ll lead with clarity, enforce standards, and focus on measurable outcomes to drive growth across the district.

You’ll develop and execute district sales strategies, monitor performance, and coach salon managers through data-based feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel within your district

Schedule And Expectations
