Job summary

Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan is seeking a District Manager in Training. You will lead multiple salon locations to achieve operational and sales excellence through clear expectations and disciplined follow-through.

You will guide decisions, model high standards, and drive data-based performance improvements across the district, with emphasis on staffing, training, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or above education in business-related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the district and manage multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute district sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Ensure consistent operational excellence and adherence to company processes across all locations.
• Build reliable, process-focused teams through effective hiring, training, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability and willingness to travel within your district
