Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a District Manager to oversee a specific Towne Park district and drive performance in financial, guest and client satisfaction and business development. The role requires coordinating with the Vice President of Operations/Regional Director to implement corporate initiatives within the district.

The District Manager will work with Account Managers, drive metrics, forecast staffing needs, and lead recruitment initiatives to ensure district success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in district management and operations
• Ability to supervise and develop Account Managers
• Forecasting and reporting monthly business performance
• Recruitment, staffing, and talent development in a contract-site setting

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities and effectiveness of Account Managers and district support to meet objectives
• Analyzes and reports on district performance, forecasting deadlines and monthly closings
• Collaborates with Sales to identify, pursue and secure business development opportunities
• Manages staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and talent development across the district
