Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager at our Palm Desert, CA location to oversee guest services and associates. You will hire, train, evaluate and discharge staff, allocate labor, monitor safety, and manage client relations while achieving service and revenue goals.

Compensation ranges $65,000–$70,000 with annual incentives and comprehensive benefits. The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a valid driver's license, and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate associates; conduct appraisals.
• Allocate labor and manage scheduling to meet goals.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate with site leadership.
• Oversee revenue reporting, cash handling and compliance.
