Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's franchise operator, is seeking a District Manager to effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers. You will drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction across multiple restaurant units, while ensuring staffing, training, and adherence to Prime QSR policies.

The role requires 4+ years of QSR management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of developing talent.

Qualifications

• Requires at least four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Drive sales and profit by monitoring operations and conducting DBR/Area reviews.
• Staff restaurants to 100% of required levels with quality teams.
• Recruit, hire, and develop management talent for current and future openings.
• Ensure marketing plans and POP/menu boards are properly executed.
