Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of 7 company-owned stores in the Kansas City, KS area. You will develop General Managers and Area Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure staffing and operational excellence across the district.

Your role focuses on developing talent, hitting sales plans and fostering a culture of high performance and fun. A strong background in multi-unit restaurant management is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of restaurant or retail multi-unit management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience analyzing financial reports (P&L, income statements, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including early hours (as early as 3am), some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor General Managers and Area Managers to meet guest, sales and profit targets.
• Ensure adequate staffing with qualified leaders across stores in the district.
• Manage district P&L and financial statements; adjust plans based on trends.
• Drive talent development and succession planning within the district.
