You will be responsible for district performance, store operations, and development of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes driving sales, managing costs, ensuring staffing, and executing company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12-18 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of district operations and retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of stores to achieve district performance goals.
• Ensure stores deliver best-in-class customer service and operational excellence.
• Develop Store Managers and succession plans to sustain growth.
• Drive fuel and merchandise margins, and maintain staffing levels.
