The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to drive sales and improve operations. With a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses, this role focuses on people development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The District Manager will also be responsible for executing the business plan and achieving key financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to relocate to other markets is preferred.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification course.
