Express Tysons Corners in McLean, VA seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the Express brand promise: We Create Confidence. You will guide customer experiences, staff development, merchandising execution, and omni-channel initiatives.

In this role you will recruit and coach a high-performing team, drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure safety and loss-prevention standards while maintaining premier store presentation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Three to five years previous store management experience including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
• Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
• Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates.
• Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings.
• Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Direct merchandise flow, such as shipment, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Optimize sales/operations by leading merchandising strategies and loyalty programs.
• Ensure an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time.
• Manage controllable expenses and ensure loss prevention and safety standards.
