Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a District Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across its district, driving sales, profits, and guest satisfaction while ensuring human resource management aligns with company guidelines.

You will coach and develop restaurant managers, supervise staffing, enforce food safety, monitor quality, service and cleanliness, and execute local marketing and cost controls to maximize results. Travel between restaurants is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations experience, multi-unit management preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Strong P&L analysis and cost control skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain restaurant management staff.
• Customer-focused leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Staffing levels and diversity across the district; recruit, recognize and retain management talent.
• Develop and mentor managers; ensure performance reviews and training environments are effective.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation per company policies and health regulations.
• Conduct district visits to improve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across all dayparts.
• Drive sales and profit growth through local marketing, budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor store performance and enforce brand standards and procedures.
