Wendy's is seeking a District Manager to oversee the operations of 4 to 7 Wendy's restaurants in the Dayton area. You will lead and develop the restaurant management teams, ensuring adherence to financial controls, metrics, and Wendy's standards to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
