Job summary

Wendy's District Manager in Texas leads multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence, strong financial performance, and robust people development. You will provide strategic leadership to General Managers, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure every unit meets brand standards and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing ops, recruiting and coaching leaders, managing P&L and costs, and ensuring safety compliance, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi‑unit leadership experience in QSR, fast‑casual, or retail.
• Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, and labor management.
• Proven success in coaching and developing management teams.
• Experience managing P&L statements and driving financial performance.
• Wendy’s or other major QSR brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned restaurants.
• Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders.
• Review and analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all restaurants comply with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
• Deliver weekly operational updates and lead district meetings.
