Rent-A-Center is hiring a District Manager to lead through inspiration, motivation, coaching, and mentoring while driving store results. You’ll cultivate a strong culture, build rapport with customers, and develop a team that mirrors the customer base.

You will oversee retail operations, promote from within, and ensure weekly pay and benefits alignment. Sundays off and a robust benefits package are featured in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail/management experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
