Job summary

The position requires travel throughout Florida (75%), with the hub in Orlando or Tampa, and a strong focus on compliance, nutrition standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with software.
• Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.

• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote their consistent application.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced District Manager to join our School Dining team in FL. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts.

This position requires frequent travel throughout Florida (overnight stays) about 75% of the time.

This position will be based/hub in Orlando or Tampa.

What you'll be doing:

Compensation Range

Up to $120,000 based on experience + bonus
