Job summary

Elior School Dining in Florida seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple school accounts, ensure compliance with client, company and NSLP standards, and lead district-level planning and reporting.

This role requires frequent travel throughout Florida with overnight stays, strong leadership and communication, budgeting and analytics, and the ability to guide food service directors, area managers, and district staff toward operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning software.
• Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced District Manager to join our School Dining team in FL. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts.

This position will be based/hub in Orlando or Tampa.

Up too $120,000 based on experience + bonus
