Job summary

Elior School Dining in the United States is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple school accounts in Florida, ensuring compliance with client, company, and government standards. The role requires frequent travel across Florida and is based in Orlando or Tampa, with hybrid work options.

You will lead food service directors and area managers, manage planning, budgeting, reporting, and drive operational and financial goals while attending district meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning software.
• Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced District Manager to join our School Dining team in FL. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts.

This position requires frequent travel throughout Florida (overnight stays)

This position will be based/hub in Orlando or Tampa.

What you'll be doing

Compensation Range

Up to $120,000 based on experience + bonus
