Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a District Manager to oversee 9–10 city and campus adjacent stores in the Oklahoma City market. You will lead by example, drive top-line sales, and own hiring, retention, training, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

You’ll develop regional strategies, coach store leaders, manage labor and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced sweet-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as multi-unit regional manager in the food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• An innate ability to build, hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, human resources).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with baking/bakery equipment/commercial kitchen equipment, a plus!

• Develop and execute regional support strategies that achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while thinking outside the box to address each store’s unique strengths and challenges
• Provide expertise on customer service challenges, team staffing, store operations and company policies & procedures

In this role, our DM’s focus on driving top-line sales, hiring/retention, customer service training and strategic planning.
