Job summary

gpac is seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple high‑volume locations in the Knoxville, TN area. This hands‑on role focuses on coaching managers, solving challenges, and building winning teams.

You will lead store visits, drive sales growth and profitability, manage labor, and ensure operational excellence. The District Leader will recruit and mentor Store Managers, conduct reviews, and partner cross‑functionally to keep stores performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Proven track record of improving performance and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key operational metrics.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time in stores supporting teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the district.
