Job summary

AccessHealth seeks a regional operations leader to oversee multiple store operations within a defined area with full profit and loss responsibility, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

The role requires strategic oversight of inventory, staffing, and customer service to drive sales growth, optimize merchandising, and execute company objectives while maintaining asset protection and cost controls. Weekly travel using a company vehicle is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years retail management experience with multi-unit responsibility and full P&L oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
