Amped Fitness is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit clubs, champion our culture, and drive performance. You will hire, onboard, and develop an energized community around your district while maintaining discipline and a winning mindset.

You will oversee operations and economics, mentor leaders, and push for KPI attainment. The role rewards leadership with high earning potential and career growth in a fast-growing fitness company.

Position Overview:

As a District Manager at Amped Fitness, you will take the lead by embodying the full culture of the organization and ensuring the success of your team. You will demonstrate leadership from the front, take extreme ownership, and be the answer to every challenge. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure and is committed to every facet of the business, from operations to team development. You’ll hire, onboard, train and develop an energized community around your district.

You will oversee the operations and economics of your district while maintaining the highest standards of discipline, maturity, and excellence. As a mentor, you will develop the next generation of leaders and inspire your team to exceed expectations. District Managers at Amped Fitness are battle-tested leaders who take pride in representing the brand and motivating their team to achieve success. You will be responsible for multi unit club management, driving KPI's while energizing the entire team and fostering a winning culture.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Maintain company culture and energy by ensuring a motivating, positive environment for both staff and members.
• Sales Strategies & Goals: Work with your Regional Manager (RM) to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor General Managers, Personal Training Managers, and Operations Managers to grow in their role creating a pipeline of future leaders in your district.
• Foster a strong team culture that prioritizes member satisfaction and operational success.
• Hiring and cultivating new talent to ensure your team has the best individuals to thrive.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and member retention.
• Create Collaboration with all departments (e.g., personal training, front desk, membership sales) to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your district, ensuring top-tier service.
• District Oversight: Ensure all SOP's, expectations, policies, and procedures are followed and met.

Qualifications:

• Previous fitness experience or a strong passion for fitness.

Compensation:
